Entry Form for March Photo Contest and Release of Rights

I am entering the March Photo contest and I acknowledge the following rules.

1. This contest is open to all Douglas County residents.

2. Submission will be accepted from the 1st to the end of March.

3. There will be one winner, to be announced the following month.

4. Photos can be black and white or color, no smaller then 4x6 and no larger then 8x10. The photo needs to be printed, not on disk.

5. Photos must be original, not copies of previously published photographs.

6. Photos will be judged by the most illustrative of February in Douglas County, not the most professional.

7. I hereby give DCHS permission to use my photo for promotional purposes for the Historical Society and/or for the museums.

8. After the contest, all non-winning photos not picked up by end of the following month become the property of DCHS.

9. Winning photos and runner-up photos CANNOT be returned until after the calendar is printed.

You can submit your photo to the Carson Valley Museum in Gardnerville. If you cannot submit your photo in person, you may submit it by mail or courier.
